"I reached out to Suzanne for a quote detailing what my former company was providing and the fees. She quickly sent me back a quote for the same coverage with lower deductibles and substantially lower premiums. I reached out a few times via email and phone calls to confirm the information and when Suzanne was not available Megan assisted me. The communication was fantastic and put me at ease that I was making the right decision to make the move to this group. Once the policy was in place I received an email from State Farm with a link to set up my online account with auto pay. I am really happy I made the move and sorry I didn't do it sooner."
